Wada Pav


    1 tsp oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    6-8 curry leaves
    2-3 green chillies
    2 tbsp cabbage
    2 tbsp carrots
    2 tbsp walnuts
    ½ cup paneer
    ½ potato
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    ½ tsp asafoetida
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp garlic chutney
    Water as needed

preparation method

To make a healthy wada pav

1.Heat some oil in the pan.
2.Add mustard seeds, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, walnuts, paneer, potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic chutney, water and cook it well.

To make the batter

1.In a mixing bowl add some gram flour, salt, asafoetida, chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil water and mix well.
2.Make round wadas of the mixture and dip them into the batter and roast them on the pan with a brush of oil.
3.Apply green chutney to wheat pavs and sprinkle some garlic chutney before placing the wadas..Serve Hot
