Waldorf Salad


      For Mayonnaise  
    1. Milk 250 ml
    2. Olive oil 100 ml
    3. Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
    4. Salt To Taste
    5. Grounded pepper To Taste
      For Dressing  
    1. Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
    2 Sour Cream ¼ Cup
    3. Crushed Walnuts 2 tbsp
    4 Chopped Parsley 2 tbsp
      For Salad  
    1. Sliced Green Grapes ½ Cup each
    2. Black Grapes ½ Cup each
    3. Chopped Apples 2 Nos
    4. Chopped Celery Stalks 2 stick
    5. Celery 2 tbsp
    6 Fresh Lettuce leaves For garnish
    7. Sliced apples For garnish
    8. Celery For garnish
    9. Black grapes For garnish
    10. Walnuts For garnish

preparation method

For Mayonnaise:

• Take a container and mix milk and olive oil in it.
• Blend it properly
• Add salt, grounded pepper and lemon juice in it.

For Dressing:

• Take mayonnaise. Add fresh parsley, sour cream and crushed walnut powderand mix it again.

For Salad:

• Take a bowl with freshly chopped apples, ½ cup sliced green grapes, ½ cup black grapes and celery and toss it.
• Add mayonnaise dressing to salad.
• Place fresh lettuce leaves on the plate and pour salad on it.
• Make a butterfly design with apple slice. Place walnuts in between, black grapes for eyes and celery stick for antennas.
