Belgian endive spears:16
Cooked lump crabmeat:6 ounces
Wasabi mayonnaise: 4 teaspoons
Cilantro sprigs, for garnish
Lemon, or lime wedges for garnish
To make the dish two simple steps must be followed.
First in a clean platter, place the endives. Top it with the wasabi mayonnaise and crab meat.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and lemon wedges to add to the attractiveness of the dish.
