White Chicken Chili

This outstanding creamy recipe is undoubtedly an utter delight to enjoy meat.


    Boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed) :- 1 lb

    Medium onion (small diced) :- 1

    Vegetable oil :- 1 tbsp

    Cannellini beans :- 2 cans

    Chicken broth :- 14.5 ounces

    Chopped green chilies :- 2 4-ounce cans

    Salt :- 1 tsp

    Cumin :- 1 tsp

    Oregano :- 1 tsp

    Cayenne :- 1/4 tsp

    Garlic cloves (minced) :- 2

    Half & half :- ½ cup

    Reduced fat sour cream :- 8 ounce

preparation method

Heat a large pot on a medium flame and put oil into it.

Put the chicken pieces and onion to it. Stir well and sauté for around six minutes.

Mix the garlic and keep cooking for an additional three minutes.

Add the spices, beans, green chilies and chicken broth. Allow this mixture to boil and then decrease the flame.

Simmer for half an hour and then switch off the flame.

Combine the half & half and sour cream to it.

Serve hot with cheddar cheese.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot over fluffy macaroni noodles with cheddar cheese on top.
