Whole Wheat Chapati is an ideal everyday diet option for diabetics


    whole wheat flour, 1 cup

    salt, one pinch

    olive oil, 1 tablespoon

    water, 1/4 cup

preparation method

In a bowl, filter the flour and add salt. Now mix together water and olive oil and keep kneading the flour till it becomes elastic and consistent.  Now divide the dough into four equal sized balls and keep rolling till they become even. You can use a rolling pin to flatten them. Preheat a frying pan over medium-high flame. Cook the roti on the pan on both sides till it turns slightly brown. Devote at least one minute for each side. You can sprinkle olive oil on the chapatti before you serve. `
