  • Indian gooseberries (amla), halved, seed removed and roughly chopped 4
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Bael leaves, roughly chopped 4
  • Aloevera 1 tsp


  • Put Indian gooseberries, turmeric powder, bael leaves and a little water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  • Add 4 glasses of water and Aloevera and blend again.
  • Strain into 4 glasses and serve.
