  • Medium apples, peeled, cored and grated 3
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Lemon juice 1½ tsps
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Heat a non-stick pan, add apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon powder and cook till the mixture begins to thicken and gets jam consistency.
  • Cool and transfer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Use as required.
