Assamese tea is known for its special fragrance, enjoy it with a touch of fresh mint


  • Assamese tea bags 3
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped 5 to 6 + to garnish
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 6 tbsps


  • Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan, and dip Assamese tea bags in it.
  • Cool it a bit and pour into an ice tray and freeze in the freezer.
  • Place a few tea ice cubes and mint leaves on a cloth and crush them.
  • Pour milk equally into 4 glasses, add crushed ice cubes in each glass and mix well.
  • Add condensed milk and mix well.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
