How to Make Assamese Iced Tea (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan, and dip Assamese tea bags in it.
  2. Cool it a bit and pour into an ice tray and freeze in the freezer.
  3. Place a few tea ice cubes and mint leaves on a cloth and crush them.
  4. Pour milk equally into 4 glasses, add crushed ice cubes in each glass and mix well.
  5. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
