Make good use of leftover cake, turn them into laddoos


  • Cake crumbs 400 gms
  • Khoya/ mawa 110 gms
  • Condensed milk 8 tbsps
  • Dry fruits, minced to garnish


  • Heat a non-stick pan, add khoya and condensed milk and cook on low heat till well blended.
  • Add cake crumbs and mix well. Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
  • Take minced dry fruits in a plate and roll the laddoos in it and place them on a serving platter.
  • Save.
