Brown sugar coated banana slices caramelized, rolled in rotis and served


  • Rotis 4
  • Brown sugar 6 tbsps
  • Ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into thick pieces 4
  • Butter 8 tsps
  • Kissan mango jam 8 tbsps
  • Fresh cream 8 tsps


  • Coat the banana slices with brown sugar.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan and shallow-fry the banana slices on medium heat, turning sides, till they are evenly caramelized on both sides.
  • Spread 2 tbsps Kissan mango jam on each roti, place equal number of caramelized banana slices on each of them, spoon the cream equally over the banana slices and roll the rotis tightly.
  • Keep the rolls on a serving platter and serve immediately.
