  • Carrots, peeled and chopped 450 gms

Ingredients

  • Vegetable stock 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped to garnish

How to Make Carrot and Orange Soup (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till soft.
  2. Add carrots, vegetable stock and salt, mix well and simmer till the carrots turn soft. Remove from heat, cool and puree in a blender.
  3. Transfer puree back into the pan and add Real Orange Juice. Mix well, adjust salt and add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowls, garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm or chilled.
