This juice is a power house of essential nutrients


  • Medium carrots, peeled 8
  • Beetroots, peeled 2
  • Medium red apples 4
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsps
  • Black salt 1 tsp


  • For each portion dice 2 carrots. Halve 1 apple, remove core and cut roughly. Dice ½ beetroot.
  • First pass the carrots through the juicer. Then the apple pieces and beetroot pieces. Gather the juice in a jug.
  • Pour into a stemmed glass, add ½ tbsp lemon juice and ¼ tsp black salt and mix well.
  • Make more juice with the remaining ingredients similarly.
  • Serve immediately.
