A delicious rejuvenating drink and a lovely looking dessert – simply fantastic


  • Limonada
  • Lemon juice ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Fresh mint leaves ½ cup
  • Ice cubes 10 to 12
  • Columbian snowballs
  • Instant coffee powder ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder ½ cup
  • Desiccated coconut ½ cup
  • Icecream (any flaour 6 scoops


  • To make limonada, take lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves, 2 cups water and ice cubes in a blender and blend.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
  • To make Columbian snowballs, mix coffee powder and cocoa powder in a plate, mix well and spread in a plate.
  • Spread desiccated coconut on another plate.
  • Roll each ice cream scoop first in coffee-cocoa mixture till well coated all over.
  • Then coat with desiccated coconut pressing lightly.
  • Keep them in serving plates and serve immediately before these snowballs melt.
