  • Rotis 4
  • Assorted lettuce (iceberg, romaine, lollo rosso), thinly shredded 1 cup
  • Purple cabbage, thinly shredded ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsps
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kissan tomato ketchup 2 tbsps


  • Take mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add lettuce and cabbage and mix well.
  • Spread tomato ketchup on each roti, spoon the lettuce mixture over and roll tightly.
  • Transfer them onto a serving platter and serve immediately.
