Perfect way to start any day with


  • Dry muesli 2 cups
  • Apricots, chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger, chopped 2 tbsps
  • Low fat milk 4 cups
  • Yogurt 8 tbsps
  • Sugar 4 tbsps
  • Medium carrots, grated 2


  • Keep aside some apricots, dry muesli and carrot for garnish and put the rest of apricots, muesli, ginger, milk, yogurt and sugar into a blender jar and blend well.
  • Add carrots and mix.
  • Pour this mixture into 4 serving glasses, garnish with the reserved apricots, dry muesli and carrot and serve.
