A colourful and healthy way to start your day with


  • Medium red apples 2
  • Medium green apples 2
  • Pineapple, peeled ½
  • Dried apricots 6 to 8 + for garnishing
  • Prunes 10 to 12 for garnishing
  • Medium pear 1
  • Hung yogurt 2½ cups
  • Honey 2 tbsps
  • Biscuits 16 to 18
  • Strawberry crush 2 tbsps + for garnishing


  • Cut red apple, green apple, pineapple, dried apricots, prunes and pear into medium cubes and put all of them in a bowl.
  • In another bowl take hung yogurt and honey and whisk till they are well blended. Add half the fruit mixture and mix well.
  • Crush biscuits and put into a third bowl. Add strawberry crush and mix.
  • Line a serving dish with the biscuit mixture, over that spread a layer of fruits followed by the fruits mixed with yogurt dressing.
  • Garnish with strawberry crush, prunes and apricots and serve.
