  • Green tea decoction 4 cups
  • Almonds, sliced 1 cup
  • Honey 8 tbsps
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed ice as required


  • Put almonds and honey in a blender jar and blend.
  • Add green tea decoction, yogurt and¬†crushed ice and blend again.
  • Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve chilled.
