These home remedies are easy to follow and an ideal way to maintain good health


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Neem leaves 6
  • Buttermilk 4 cups
  • Ginger, thinly sliced 1½ inches
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


  • Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, neem leaves, cumin seeds and turmeric powder and mix well and let the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Take the pan off the heat, cool and add buttermilk and mix well.
  • Strain into serving glasses and serve.
