The name says it all - a glass of this super smoothie and you will be bursting with energy


  • Sesase seeds (til) 1 tsp
  • Almonds, peeled 10 to 12
  • Black raisins 1 handful
  • Fresh pomegranate kernels 1 cup
  • Medium apple, roughly chopped 1
  • Medium orange, peeled and segments separated 1
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped 1
  • Beetroot, boiled, peeled and roughly chopped 1
  • Soya nuts 2 tbsps


  • Put sesame seeds, almonds, black raisins, pomegranate kernels, apple, orange, honey, carrot, beetroot and soya nuts into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  • Transfer into a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
