Super nutritious smoothie – start your kids’ days with it and see them full of energy the whole day


  • Ripe mangoes 3
  • Ripe bananas 5
  • Ice cubes a few
  • Thick yogurt 2 cups
  • Dabur honey 4 tbsps
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsps
  • Chikkies a few


  • Peel and chop the mangoes. Peel the bananas and chop them. Put the fruits in separate zip lock bags and keep them in the freezer to freeze.
  • Put the ice cubes in a crusher and crush the ice. Put this in a blender jar. Add yogurt, honey, frozen mangoes, frozen bananas and lemon juice and blend till smooth.
  • Crush a few chikkies.
  • Put a little crushed chikkies into 4 tall serving glasses, pour a little smoothie in each glass, again put a few crushed chikkies, again put some smoothie, again put some more smoothie and fill the glasses up to nearly the top. Top with some more crushed chikkies and serve immediately.
