Very wholesome, healthy and so very tasty too


  • Tofu 250 gms
  • Strawberries 200 gms + for topping
  • Melon seeds 3 tbsps + for sprinkling
  • Honey 2 to 3 tbsps
  • Orange juice 3 cups
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsps
  • Strawberry crush 4 tbsps


  • Roughly chop tofu and strawberries.
  • Put these into a blender jar along with melon seeds, honey, orange juice and lemon juice and blend till smooth.
  • Now line the interiors of 4 tall glasses with strawberry crush, and pour the blended smoothie into them and keep them in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Garnish with strawberry, sprinkle some melon seeds and serve chilled.
