This Frappuccino gets an Indian touch with masala chai


  • Tea leaves 2 tbsps
  • Green cardamom pods 5
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Milk ΒΌ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Vanilla ice cream as required


  • Boil 3 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add tea leaves, cardamom pods, cinnamon, milk and sugar.
  • Take the pan off the heat and set aside to brew.
  • Strain the tea into a bowl, add vanilla ice cream and blend.
  • Pour into serving cups, garnish with whipped cream and serve chilled.
