Very refreshing have this during the hot summer days and feel rejuvenated


  • Fresh mint leaves ΒΌ cup
  • Sugar syrup 4 tbsps
  • Lime cordial 2 tbsps
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsps
  • Lemon rind, grated 2 tsps


  • Put some mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add sugar syrup, lime cordial, lemon juice and lemon rind. Add some water and shake this mixture.
  • Pour this mixture in ice lolly moulds and freeze it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
  • Unmould and serve with a sprig of mint leaves.
