Whoever says cutlets cannot be healthy or nutritious, try these out


  • Oats 6 tbsps
  • Large potatoes, boiled and peeled 2
  • Low fat cottage cheese (paneer, grated 2 tbsps
  • Carrot, grated 2 tbsps
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder ¾ tsp
  • Dried mango powder (amchur) ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsps
  • Lemon juice 1½ tsps
  • Oil 2 tbsps


  • Take potatoes, low fat cottage cheese, carrot, salt, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice and oats in mixing bowl and mash them together.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the cutlets in it and cook, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked and golden.
  • Arrange them on serving platter and serve hot.
