Like the name suggests you can enjoy this smoothie anytime but it is ideal for breakfast


  • Rolled oats 1 cup
  • Stawberries, frozen 28
  • Soy milk 2 cups
  • Ripe bananas, peeled and broken into chunks 2


  • Put soy milk, oats, bananas and strawberries in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and serve chilled.
