  • Crepes
  • Creamy peanut butter 4 tbsps
  • Egg whites 6
  • Vanilla extract ½ tsp
  • Powdered sugar 3 tbsps
  • Cinnamon cream cheese
  • Cream cheese, softened 220 gms
  • Powdered sugar 3 tbsps
  • Cinnamon powder 1½ tsps
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
  • To serve
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • Chopped mixed nuts as required

How to Make Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese Crepes (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. To make 1 crepe, take 3 egg whites in a bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp vanilla extract and 2 tbsps creamy peanut butter and whisk everything together to a smooth batter.
  2. Take half the cream cheese in another bowl, add 1½ tbsps powdered sugar, half the vanilla essence and ¾ tsp cinnamon powder and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, pour the batter into it and rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly. When the underside is done take it off the pan and keep on a plate. Keep some of the cream cheese mixture on it and fold it. Similarly make another crepe.
  4. Arrange the crepes in a serving platter and serve with chocolate sauce and nuts.
