Peanut butter balls stuffed with pear, coated with melted dark chocolate and decorated with white chocolate


  • Peanut butter 1½ cups
  • USA pear 1
  • Dark chocolate, finely chopped 1-1½ cups
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • White chocolate, melted as required


  • Take dark chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler.
  • Discard stem and bottom of USA pear and cut into small pieces.
  • Dust your palms with some icing sugar, divide the peanut butter into equal portions. Take each portion, stuff it with a few pieces of pear, bring the edges together and shape into a ball. Place them on a plate and keep in the refrigerator to set.
  • Coat each ball with melted dark chocolate and place in paper cookie cups. Keep them on a serving platter.
  • Fill a piping bag with melted white chocolate and pipe it out on top of each stuffed balls. Refrigerate to set.
  • Serve immediately.
