A delicious combination of pears, pomegranate pearls and yogurt – healthy and tasty


  • Medium pears 4
  • Fresh pomegranate pearls 16 tbsps
  • Yogurt 4 cups
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Round slices of pear 4
  • Fresh mint leaves 4 sprigs


  • For each portion, roughly chop 1 pear and put into a blender jar. Add 4 tbsps pomegranate pearls and blend well.
  • Keep a sieve lined with muslin cloth over a bowl, put the blended mixture into it and squeeze to extract all the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a big jar, add 1 cup yogurt and 3 tbsps sugar and blend with a hand blender.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass, garnish the rim of the glass with a pear slice and mint sprig and serve.
  • Make 3 more glasses in the same way.
