This unique mixture of raw mango, ripe mango and cranberry juice makes for a refreshing mocktail


  • Raw mango 1
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Ripe mango, peeled and chopped 1
  • Fresh mint leaves 7 to 8
  • Cranberry juice 2 cups
  • Ice cubes a few
  • Mango wedges a few to garnish


  • Peel and chop the raw mango and transfer into a blender jar. Add ½ cup water and blend to a fine puree.
  • Heat ¼ cup water in a non-stick pan, add sugar and raw mango puree and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • Transfer the raw mango mixture into the blender jar, add ripe mango pieces, mint leaves and cranberry juice and blend well. Add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Decorate 4 tall serving glasses with a mango wedge on the rim of each. Pour the blended mixture equally into them and serve immediately.
