The lovely pink colour is appetizing enough and the taste is an added attraction


  • Strawberry crush 1 cup
  • Biscuit crumbs 1½ cups
  • Melted butter 6 tbsps
  • Softened cream cheese 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Gelatin, mixed with 2 tbsps warm water 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp


  • Take cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk, strawberry crush, gelatin and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  • Take biscuit crumbs in another bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
  • Base short glasses with biscuit crumbs and fill up the glasses with strawberry mixture.
  • Keep the short glasses in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Serve chilled.
