Key Ingredients:

The traditional Indian mithai gets enhanced with the addition of strawberry crush


  • Strawberry crush 3 tbsps
  • Rice 2½ tbsps
  • Milk ½ litre


  • Grind rice in a blender.
  • Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, add ground rice and mix well. Cook, stirring, till the rice is cooked and the mixture thickens.
  • Add strawberry crush and mix.
  • Pour the mixture in short glasses and set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
