Ideal beverage to rejuvenate you on hot summer days


  • Sweet lemon juice (includes 1 tbsp sugar), frozen 2 cups
  • Orange juice ½ cup
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon wedges 2 to 3
  • Lemon ½
  • Salt as required


  • Rub ½ lemon on the rims of the margarita glasses. Spread salt on a plate. Invert the glasses on the plate so that the salt sticks to the glass rims.
  • Put frozen lemon juice, ice cubes, orange juice and sugar (if you so wish) in a mixer and blend.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
