Take whole wheat
flour, gluten free flour, soy milk, egg, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder and apple sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and whisk into a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat waffle iron.
Brush waffle iron with
butter and pour a ladleful of batter into it. Cover and cook till golden from both sides. Take it off on a serving plate.
