Kand Hari Mirchi
Kand (Purple Yam) :- ½ kg
Oil :- 3tbsp
A pinch Hing(Asafoetida)
3 harimirch(green chillies):- diamonds
1 shimlamirch(bell pepper) :- diced
3 tbsp moongphali (peanuts) :- roasted
Salt to taste
lemon juice :- 1 tsp
dhania(coriander) :- 2 tbsp chopped
Cut the Kand into long strips. Steam until soft
Heat oil in a tava and fry hing until seeds crackle
Add the hing and harimirch and fry for a while. Add the moongphali, kand, namak and lime juice.
Serve hot, topped with chopped dhaniya.
