Uttapam Sandwich


    For topping :

    1 onion

    1 tomato

    ½ red capsicum

    ½ yellow capsicum

    ½ green capsicum

    For Tomato chutney

    1tbsp oil

    2 tsp urad dhuli daal

    2 tsp mustard seeds

    15-20 curry patta

    1 tsp chopped red chilli

    1 tbsp chopped garlic

    1 chopped onion

    2 tsp red chilli powder

    ¼ tsp turmeric powder

    4-5 chopped tomatoes

    2 tbsp roasted chana daal

    Salt to taste



preparation method

Chop tomato , onion, red , yellow and green capsicum. Heat oil in a pan. Add urad daal, mustard seeds , curry leaves , red chilli , garlic , onion , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , tomatoes , roasted chana daal and salt to taste and cook.

In a pan , heat oil and make 3’’ diameter plain uttapam. Make a masala uttapam with the topping.

In a plate take plain uttapam , top with green chutney. Now place second plain uttapam and top with red chutney, now top with masal uttapam and serve.
