Dark Chocolate - 125 gms Almond, Roasted & Chopped - 175 gms
Dry roast the Almond on the gas and let it cool. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and properly temper it. Mix the Almond in the chocolate so that the Almonds are coated evenly with the chocolate. With a dry spoon equally put the chocolate almond on a pre-lined butter paper lined baking tray, and garnish with finely chopped almonds. Place in the refrigerator for setting.
