Baked Asian Style Fish
Baked Asian style fish is a light way of cooking fish and this healthy recipe is easy to make.
Fish Fillets :-250 gm/8 oz
Ginger-Garlic Paste :-1.5tbsps
Turmeric Powder :-1tsp
Red Chili Powder :-1.5tbsp
Curry Powder :-1tsp
Carom Seeds :-1tsp
Thick Yoghurt :-1tbsp
Lemon Juice :-2tbsp
Salt :-to taste
In a bowl, combine the lime juice or yogurt with red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, curry powder, salt, carom seeds and turmeric powder.
Apply this mixture on the fish fillets and keep aside for half an hour for marination.
Heat the microwave at 180 degrees C.
Line a baking tray with foil.
Now drain fillets of the marinade and put it on a foil.
Bake for about six minutes on each side flipping the fillets to brown equally on both sides.
Apply little marinade over it only if required.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot soup or salad.
