Bread aur Palak ki Chakli



    Spinach, finely chopped- ¼ tsp

    Whole wheat bread, broken- 4 slices

    Low fat yogurt- 4 tbsp

    Whole chana powder, roasted- 2 ½ tbsp

    Gram flour- 1 tsp

    Sesame- ½ tsp

    Red chili powder- 1 tsp

    Oil- 1 tbsp

    Salt- to taste


    paalak, finely kata hua- ¼ tsp

    whole wheat bread, tukde- 4 slices

    Low fat dahi- 4 tbsp

    Whole chana powder, bhune hue- 2 ½ tbsp

    besan- 1 tsp

    til- ½ tsp

    lali mirch powder- 1 tsp

    tel- 1 tbsp

    namak- swaad anusar


preparation method

  • In a bowl, take spinach, whole wheat bread, low fat yogurt
  • Add whole chana powder, gram flour, sesame seeds, red chili powder and salt. Mash together
  • Shape the mixture into patties and cook with little oil till crispy and brown on both sides
  • Bread palak chakli is ready.
  • Serve hot.
