Chocolate Samosas


    1 cup flour
    2 tsp fennel seeds
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup ghee
    2 cups water
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp saffron
    1 cup chocolate pieces

preparation method

Take a bowl and add flour in it.
Now add some fennel seeds, baking powder, ghee and make a dough of it.
Rest the dough at room temperature for sometime.
For sugar syrup, take a pan and pour water in it. then add sugar and let it melt.
Now add saffron this mixture.
While the sugar syrup is being made, make shapes of samosas from your dough.
Fill these shapes with chocolate pieces.
Bake these samosas for 15-20 mins till golden brown.
Dip these baked samosas in sugar syrup and it is ready to serve.
