Nutri Vegetable Salad
Healthy and delicious, this salad is easy to make and is a great snack or side dish to lunch and dinner.
Red bell pepper- ½
Yellow bell pepper- ½
Capsicum or green bell pepper- ½
Cabbage- 1 cup
Cucumber- 1, small
Salt, salad seasoning, black or white pepper powder to taste
Slice all the vegetables into thin, long pieces and put in a medium sized bowl. Add pepper powder, salt, salad seasoning and lemon juice to the mix. Toss well and serve.
