Peanut Brittle


    1 cup sugar
    3 tbsp. corn syrup
    1 cup Butter
    1 cup Milkmaid
    1 tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup crushed Peanuts

preparation method

- Heat sugar in a pan and caramelize it.
- Add corn syrup and mix well.
- Grease the under surface of an aluminum tray with butter.
- Add milkmaid to the caramelized sugar.
- Add some butter.
- Add the chopped peanuts.
- Spread it on the aluminum tray with the help of a spatula and let it cool.
- After it is cool and solidified, cut it with a knife, break it into pieces and store it in a jar.
