Seyal Roti

ingredients

    4 Leftover Rotis
    5 - 6 Cloves of garlic
    2 small Tomatoes, pureed
    1 Green chilli chopped
    Few Curry leaves
    1 tsp Mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    2 tsp Coriander powder
    1 tsp chilli powder
    2 tsp Lemon juice
    Coriander leaves
    Salt as per taste
    1 tsp oil

preparation method

In a frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil,add mustard seeds and let is splutter. Now add chopped garlic, saute and once golden add curry leaves.
Now add pureed tomatoes, chillies, salt , turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and fry for 5 – 6 minutes.
Add about a cup and half of water.
As it comes to a boil, tear the rotis into bite size pieces,and add to the boiling mixture.
Add coriander leaves and let it cook on a low flame.
Cook till all the water is dried up .Garnish with some coriander and drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice.
