Sitaphal Rabdi


Sitaphal Rabdi is a traditional Indian dessert made with seasonal fresh custard apples.


    Cardamom powder: - ¼ tsp

    Almonds (chopped):- 4

    Unsalted green pistachios (chopped):- 4

    Milk: - 2000 ml

    Saffron strands: - ¼ tsp

    Sugar: - ¾ cup

    Sitaphal (custard apple) pulp: - 1

preparation method

In a heavy pot, boil milk and simmer for 10 minutes at low heat. Stir continuously.

Add sugar and stir well to dissolve completely.

Switch off the heat and add cardamom, saffron, pista and almonds.

Allow this mixture to cool down and then add this mixture in sitaphal pulp.

Keep this mixture in a refrigerator for four hours.

Take out the mixture and pour in serving bowls.

Garnish with few dry fruits and serve chilled.
