Trio Pudding


    500 gms ghee
    8-10 bread pieces
    1 can milkmaid
    5-6 boondi ladoos
    1 cup rabri
    1/2 cup grated khoya
    100 gms almonds
    4 tbsp chopped pistachios

preparation method

Take a pan and heat ghee in it.
Cut these fried breads in rectangular shapes.
Fry bread slices till its golden brown.
Now take a baking dish and put these fried bread pieces in it.
Add a layer of milkmaid on top of these bread pieces.
Then add a layer of boondiladoos.
And lastly a layer of rabri on top.
Now cover these layers with fried bread slices and repeat the layers.
Then add a layer of grated khoya and dry fruits like almonds and pistachios.
Bake this dish for 10 mins at 250 degree celsius.
