Beetroot Halwa

ingredients

    Beetroot, grated                            1 ½  cup

    Milk                                                   1 ½  cup

    Jaggery                                              2  ½ tbsp

    Cashew nuts, crushed                    3 tsp

    Chakundar,kadikass kiya hua       1 ½  cup

    Doodh                                              1 ½  cup

    Gur                                                    2  ½ tbsp

    Kaju,thode hue                               3 tsp

preparation method

Boil beetroot in equal quantity water till almost dry.
Then add milk, jaggery and cashew nuts & stir well.
Bring to a boil & cook to a thick consistency.
Beetroot Halwa is ready.
