Besan Badam Burfi


    Besan:- ½ kg

    Almonds / raisins / cashew nut:- handful(other dry fruits are optional)

    Sugar Substitute:- as per taste

preparation method

In a non stick pan, roast besan for a few minutes.

Add sugar substitute and pour a little bit of water.

Mix well.

Let it cool down.

Take it out in a tray and let it settle.

Grate almond shavings on top.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
