Cheese Chicken Balls

Cheese Chicken Balls are tasty appetizers and easy to prepare.


    Chicken (boiled) :-1 cup
    Grated cheese :-½ cup
    Hara dhaniya :-2 tsp
    Potatoes (boiled and mashed) :-2
    Corn flour :-2 tsp
    Egg :-1
    Black pepper :-½ tsp
    Salt :-To taste
    Mustard :-½ tsp
    Bread crumbs :-½ cup
    Cornflour :-1 cup( for dusting)

    Baking Powder:- 1/2 tsp

preparation method

In a vessel, take the potatoes, chicken and cheese. Mix well.

Combine an egg in this mixture.

Mix cornflour and hara dhaniya in it. Stir.

Put half tsp baking powder salt, and dark pepper in it. Combine well.

Take a little portion of prepared mixture on your palms and make small balls. Roll them in an egg and then in bread crumbs.

In a kadai, heat oil and deep fry these cheese chicken balls until they turn golden brown.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot with chili-garlic sauce or a main meal or a salad.

    nice recipe..but I think mayo-veg dip could have been a better alternative..

    Its bit confusing… baking powder is not in ingredients list as also cornflour has been mentioned twice in the list… egg (boiled and mashed) as mentioned has been mixed with the mixture but in the method its said “roll them in an Egg” please clarify.

    nyc recipe…..I can try it with paneer instead of chicken……..and to make it little crispy we can roll it with crushed corn flakes and then deep fry till golden brown


You can also prepare these balls in the shape of cutlets.
