Chicken in Jiffy


    3 boneless chicken breasts

    1 tbsp oil

    ½ cup shredded cabbage

    1 green capsicum, cut into juliennes

    1 red capsicum, cut into juliennes

    1 yellow capsicum, cut into juliennes

    1 cup egg noodles

    1 tbsp soya sauce

    1 tbsp sesame oil

    Salt to taste

preparation method

  1. Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan. Add noodles and boil. Remove from heat and drain.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chicken cubes and sauté till golden.
  4. Add cabbage and all the capsicum, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add noodles, soya sauce, salt and sesame oil. Toss to mix and cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot.
