- For the ganache- melt dark chocolate in a double boiler
- Add fresh cream and whisk as you add
- For the accompaniments – scoop out the watermelon and musk melon into a bowl
- Add sliced grapes, apple and pineapple pieces into the bowl
- Cut small pieces of pound cake and toast them in the oven
- Serve the fruits and cake with chocolate fondue in a fondue pot
