Chocolate Fondue

ingredients

     1 Chocolate 4 cups
    2 Watermelon ½ cup
    3 Muskmelon 1 cup
    4 Grapes 1 cup
    5 Apples 1 cup
    6 Pineapple 2 nos
    7 Cream 2 cups
    8 Pound cake 1 loaf

preparation method

METHOD:

  • For the ganache- melt dark chocolate in a double boiler
  • Add fresh cream and whisk as you add
  • For the accompaniments – scoop out the watermelon and musk melon into a bowl
  • Add sliced grapes, apple and pineapple pieces into the bowl
  • Cut small pieces of pound cake and toast them in the oven
  • Serve the fruits and cake with chocolate fondue in a fondue pot
