1 tsplasan(garlic)-finely chopped
300g phoolgobi(cauliflower)- chopped
1 tspmaida(all purpose flour)
¼ tps white pepper powder
2 cups vegetable stock
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp parsley-fresh, finely chopped
In a skillet heat oil, add onions and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes)
Add the garlic and sauté another minute or two
Add cauliflower and spices, flour and salt
Cook until flour is cooked through (about 2-5 mins), tossing occasionally
Carefully transfer mixture to a food processor or use immersion blender to puree
Return to the skillet and add stock and when it boils reduce heat, keep simmering on low heat
Serve with herbs and malai on top
